Damaged Products

If the product/map is visibly damaged at time of delivery, refuse it immediately, note the damage to the driver, and contact us at contactus@worldmapstore.com

If damage is found after the product packet is opened, please contact WorldMapStore (“WMS”) immediately at contactus@worldmapstore.com to report the damaged delivery. Please provide us with as much information as possible in order to enable us to file a claim with the appropriate carrier, as well as to ensure that your order is handled thoroughly and efficiently.

Once the damage is reported to WMS, we will determine if the damaged product needs to be returned to us for assessment in order to follow through with the claim. Please hold on to the damaged product and the packaging in the event that the carrier chooses to retrieve and assess. A replacement map/product will be sent out to you free of charge.

If you are returning a damaged item, you should use a cost efficient shipping method (USPS or UPS Ground). There is no need to return it using an expedited service. Please notify contactus@worldmapstore.com of the shipping amount you paid and that cost will be reimbursed to your credit card.

Personalized Products 

WMS offers some products that can be personalized with your own custom title or centered on your address. Due to the nature of these products, they are non-returnable/non-refundable. If you are ordering any personalized products, please be absolutely sure that your personalized information is entered correctly as you want it to appear on the product. It is best to double check and confirm your submission prior to checking out.

Please note that production times for the personalized products can vary and expedited delivery is not available.

Wall Maps, Travel Maps, Globes, and Atlases

At WMS, we love maps and live maps! But we know that not everyone thinks about maps the way we do. Should your purchase not meet your expectation, you are welcome to a refund or replacement.

Here are the details-

You have 30 days from the purchase date to submit your refund request. To process your refund, you must get a ‘Return Authorization Number,’ or ‘RAN,’ from contactus@worldmapstore.com .

The map/product must be in re-saleable condition and returned without alterations (no pinholes, tape marks, and so on).

Once the map/product has arrived, your account will be credited. Unfortunately, WMS does not refund shipping costs.

To expedite your return, please provide your RAN and original Order Number in your package. Return shipping can be the most cost efficient methods available to you. (USPS or UPS Ground). There is no need to return it using an expedited service.
